Delmarva Sports is a sports blog, created by Sports Editor Ben Heck in March of 2017, covering local high school, college and professional sports all across the Delmarva Peninsula.

About the Owner

Ben Heck is currently the Sports Editor for the Sussex County Post, Milford Chronicle and Harrington Journal. Originally from Centreville, MD, Ben attending high school at Queen Anne's County High School (June 2010). He later received his Bachelors in Communication Arts from Salisbury University.

In September 2016, Ben landed a full-time job as the Sports Editor for the three Delaware Weeklies. He currently covers high schools in the southern Delaware area, but in his free time outside of work he hopes to highlight news/events in sports across Maryland -- and sometimes Virginia -- as well.
