Hello Delmarva sports fans,
My name is Ben Heck, a 24-year old sports editor living in Lewes, Delaware.
On March 8, 2017, I launched this blog page in order to spread local news and stories from across the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area.
As a full-time sports editor for the Sussex County Post, Milford Chronicle and Harrington Journal, much of my work can be found on those websites (and in the weekly print versions).
When I'm not on the clock with my job, I hope to continue bringing local sports news from other areas of the DMV with this site.
You can follow along with my social media pages, if you so choose. I've listed those links below. In due time, I should have social media outlets up for this particular site as well. And, who knows, maybe if this takes off I'll get my own domain for Delmarva Sports so you won't have to type out delmarvasports.blogspot.com.
